Knowing your website’s root directory can inform you where to deploy its files and bring it online. On a typical cPanel server we offer at Neoxea, the primary domain name’s root directory is the “public_html” folder in the user’s home dir. Here is the absolute path there:
/home/username/public_html/
Suppose you have a plan that supports addon domains. In that case, you can assign each addon domain to its unique directory in your account. For example, you can create a directory “addon-domain.tld” within your home folder and define each addon domain’s root directory inside:
/home/username/addon-domain.net/website1/
/home/username/addon-domain.com/website2/
